If you use the Site to either sell or buy tickets you will be asked for personal information to facilitate the transaction:

Buyer:

In order to purchase tickets essential personal information such as your name, telephone number, full postal/delivery address, email address and any additional information required for authenticating a purchase is required. If payment is made by debit/credit card the details are handled through our Payment Processor and are not stored by ourselves beyond actually processing the payment. If you are purchasing multiple tickets or buying tickets on behalf of others you must ensure that each of these other customers agrees, in advance, to the disclosure of their personal information to us.

Enquirer:

When you fill in a Contact Form or call a member of our team by phone your name, email address and possibly your telephone number will be collected.

Seller:

In order to complete and fully comply with the registration process set out in our Terms and Conditions essential information such as your name, full address, email address, telephone number and validation of your ownership of the tickets. If your preferred payment method is by bank transfer your bank details will be required to facilitate this.

We do not process any special categories of data.

Our legal basis for processing and storing personal data differs depending on when and why a person has provided us with their personal information.

Buyers and Sellers:

We process your data because this is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party: we collect necessary information to process and complete your orders, manage your accounts and provide support in connection with ticket sales/purchases.

We process your contact data with your consent for marketing purposes (see below): if you agree, we will also email you with updated relevant market information from time to time. We may, in certain circumstances provide/confirm your details to the All England Lawn Tennis Club.

It may also be necessary to provide information to our payment service provider, PayPal, in the event of suspected fraudulent activity.

Enquirers:

We process your data for the purpose of taking steps at your request prior to potentially entering into a contract with you: We collect this information in order to answer any direct requests and, if you agree, to email updated relevant market information from time to time.
